• Develops agendas, maintains the agenda backlog, drafts meeting minutes, tracks action item, and prepares other technical documentation • Maintains Charters, Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Templates • Facilitates Out-of-Cycle votes and coordination of budget reviews • Supports business units in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requests • Attends IRB meetings and tracks approved, denied, and on hold IT spend-items • Reviews MS Excel reports from budgeting groups and compares multiple iterations of Spend Plan reports • Maintains KPI reports
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal governance boards • Bachelor’s degree (4 years of additional experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree) • In depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT Governance-related disciplines • Expertise with MS Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple levels within an organization • Experience preparing high visibility, executive level presentation materials
