📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and Amazon in a friendly and easy-to-understand manner • Manage Amazon channels, including Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-z Claims, and returns • Answer incoming calls and respond to product-related questions • Coordinate with logistics and returns teams • Keep the ticketing system up to date and document inquiries • Contribute ideas for improving customer service

🎯 Requirements

• German at native level, both written and spoken • Experience in written customer communication • Strong command of written German and error-free composition • Experience providing customer service through Amazon • Knowledge of Seller Central, Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-z Claims, and returns processing • Experience handling phone calls • Friendly and patient manner in stressful situations • Experience working from home • Ability to organize your daily work independently • Own laptop, USB headset, stable internet connection, and a quiet room for taking calls • Flexibility regarding working hours: 40 hours per week from October to March; 20 to 40 hours per week during the summer, by mutual agreement • Basic technical understanding of sports equipment is desirable
