• Develop accurate responses to unsolicited medical and clinical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, clinical sites, and other healthcare organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa • Document inquiries and responses accurately and completely in compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory guidelines • Process adverse events and product quality complaints according to company SOPs • Create, review, and maintain medically and scientifically accurate Medical Information documents • Liaise with publications and clinical development groups to develop and maintain product expertise • Perform critical analysis and synthesis of internal and external literature related to argenx products and therapeutic areas • Support internal teams with literature reviews and medical and scientific information • Maintain relevant knowledge repositories, including medical information responses and publications • Liaise with Drug Safety and Quality regarding adverse events and product complaints • Manage materials through the EMEA medical, legal, and regulatory review process • Serve as Medical Affairs liaison to cross-functional groups • Report to the Director, Medical Information
• PhD or PharmD or healthcare qualification required; PharmD or PhD preferred • 3+ years of industry experience working with medical information required • Experience in rare diseases preferred • Experience in componentized content creation and content management systems preferred • Experience managing medical information vendors • Experience with inquiry management systems • Ability to search published medical literature, evaluate scientific information, and create balanced responses • Detailed understanding of medical information regulations and practices within Europe • Compliance and inspection/audit readiness • Strong operational capabilities and attention to detail • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently • Fluency in English required; fluency in one or more European languages preferred
