📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate software development, maintenance and operational support activities • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource planning • Manage Agile teams and ensure successful delivery of project milestones • Monitor project progress, risks, budget and quality objectives • Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate communication across technical and business teams • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, security requirements and operational processes • Produce management reports and present project status to stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement and support knowledge-sharing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent through experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project or programme management • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in complex, multicultural environments • Professional certifications such as PM², PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent are considered an asset • Knowledge of project planning and governance • Knowledge of risk and resource management • Experience with Jira, Confluence and collaboration tools • Knowledge of ITIL principles • Understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD concepts • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Familiarity with cloud-native and enterprise application environments
