📋 Description

• Manage complex incidents affecting mission-critical applications and services • Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions • Define monitoring strategies and performance baselines • Support deployments, releases and operational readiness activities • Coordinate troubleshooting across infrastructure, middleware and application teams • Contribute to automation initiatives and operational excellence • Produce operational reports, performance analyses and improvement recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise operations and application support • Strong expertise in incident, problem and change management • Experience supporting containerized and cloud-native environments • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities • Experience in international and multi-vendor environments • Linux / Unix • Kubernetes and OpenShift • CI/CD pipelines • Git/GitHub • Prometheus and Grafana • ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash/Vector, Kibana) • ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools • Kafka/Event Streaming platforms • API Gateways and Integration Platforms • Scripting and automation
