📋 Description
• Coordinate operational service delivery and ensure SLA compliance • Lead incident, problem, change, and capacity management activities • Organize service reviews and performance reporting • Chair operational bridges and coordinate recovery activities • Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous service improvements • Manage dependencies between multiple service providers and technical teams • Ensure service documentation and CMDB accuracy
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations or service delivery • Proven experience managing large-scale, critical IT services • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities • Experience working within ITIL-based environments • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders • ITIL service management knowledge • ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform experience • SLA/KPI management • Operational reporting • Capacity and availability management • Incident and problem management • CMDB management • Monitoring and observability solutions • Continuous improvement methodologies
