📋 Description
• Define and manage overall testing strategies for large-scale projects • Plan, coordinate and supervise functional and non-functional testing activities • Ensure compliance with quality management processes and testing standards • Manage testing schedules, resources and reporting • Validate testing deliverables and acceptance criteria • Coordinate stakeholders involved in quality assurance activities • Drive continuous improvement of testing practices
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 12 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance • Strong experience leading large testing programmes • Excellent knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles • Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills • Experience working in Agile environments • Knowledge of test strategy and governance • Experience with test management tools including qTest, Xray and Jira • Knowledge of Agile testing methodologies • Experience with functional and non-functional testing • Knowledge of quality assurance frameworks • Knowledge of CI/CD testing practices • Understanding of automation testing concepts
