• Develop pro forma models supporting executive decision-making • Estimate changes to BPO market economics and competitor services • Maintain and develop existing and future sales processes, cadences, and sales data integrity • Build out sales pipeline and financial reporting packages • Support executive team with analytics on sales stage weights • Active strategic pricing and sales analytics SME on all client negotiations • Support the forecasting and planning process of new logo acquisitions • Utilize client volume and performance data to estimate staffing needs • Critically analyze cost structure, conduct benchmarking, and suggest margin improvement actions • Work with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy of billing and proper accounting
• Chartered Accountant from Tier 1/ Tier 2 institutes • Minimum 5+ years in FP&A at a similar CX/ Outsourcing company • Understanding of workforce staffing and capacity planning • Advanced financial and statistical modeling experience • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills • Advanced Oracle Hyperion and SmartView experience • Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated
