• Support fulfillment readiness for a fast-growing business segment • Align with Product Management and other Planning teams on future demand and critical deals • Translate demand into production plans for contract manufacturing and original design manufacturing partners • Analyze forecast fluctuations and assess supply chain variables to optimize production and fulfillment scheduling • Coordinate with Supply Chain, contract manufacturing, and ODM site operations teams to reach consensus on operational directions • Create and maintain site KPIs and metrics to meet Campus SLA requirements • Develop and enhance planning tools and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability • Collaborate with Arista Manufacturing and Sales Operation leadership
• 5+ years of manufacturing planning experience in a related industry • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, economics or a relevant area • Ability to work independently as well as in a team • Ability to thrive in a flexible and results-driven environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Comfortable with cross-cultural, multiple-time-zone collaboration • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel • SAP experience is a plus • Candidates located around Hanoi/Bắc Giang area preferred • Must have the legal right to work in Vietnam • Must indicate current visa/work authorization status in the application
