📋 Description

• Develop and sustain strategic operator connections across regions including Latin America and South Africa • Build and complete tailored commercial strategies for each region, aligned to regional market dynamics, operator priorities, regulatory requirements, and growth targets • Foster account growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and fresh market opportunities throughout the region • Develop and deliver tailored strategic proposals, leading the full commercial lifecycle • Achieve revenue targets and deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management • Conduct regular tracking, reporting, and analysis of important metrics • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and planning sessions with customers • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery against agreed benchmarks • Deliver top-tier content launch initiatives to drive market share expansion across the Latin American region and South African markets • Partner with various departments to align customer needs with our capabilities • Coordinate issue resolution and ensure seamless operational performance • Identify and coordinate customer training requirements to improve product adoption • Represent Aristocrat Interactive at key sector gatherings as a leader with a perspective

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in online gaming, with direct ownership of strategy, operator relationships, and commercial growth throughout Latin America and regions in South Africa • Proven track record managing Tier-1 global operator relationships • Extensive knowledge of regulated and emerging iGaming markets, including local operator requirements, market trends, and regulatory factors • Experience in leading and developing commercial talent • Excellent collaborator management, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strong personal network of Operators and Suppliers within the iGaming industry • Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish • Brazilian Portuguese is strongly desired • Frequent travel to connect with customers and participate in important industry events will be encouraged • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is desirable
