• Lead the production of modular data center solutions ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. • Partner closely with Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Deployment teams to scale manufacturing capabilities. • Drive process consistency and technical excellence across global manufacturing. • Establish a performance baseline and drive key manufacturing KPIs including Safety, Quality, Cost, and On-Time Delivery (OTD). • Develop and maintain executable capacity models capable of handling complex product mixes. • Analyze S&OP forecasts and material constraints for strategic production recommendations. • Support the Sourcing function during supplier selection and participate in product validation for manufacturing requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or Master’s in Operations Management is a plus. • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, ideally within modular construction, heavy electrical infrastructure, or data center systems. • Proven expertise in capacity modeling, labor standards, and S&OP processes in a high-mix/low-volume environment. • Strong familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Lean Manufacturing methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen). • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
