📋 Description

• Welcome, support and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone range: essential oils, their properties and precautions for use • Advise customers on cosmetics, cosmetic kits and DIY cosmetic formulations, as well as ready-to-use organic products • Ensure customer satisfaction: greeting, support and wellbeing • Coordinate the launch of new products in your department in collaboration with the development teams • Ensure the safety of goods and people in your department • Propose and implement informational tools for customers • Participate in store opening and closing procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a diploma in Naturopathy • Strong knowledge of essential oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts, including their properties, risks and precautions for use • Good knowledge of aromatic diffusion products (diffusers) • Enjoy sales, in-store customer advising and working as part of a team • Energetic and versatile • Excellent customer-relations skills and a strong service orientation • Autonomous, proactive, rigorous and precise, with a strong commitment to high-quality work • High standards for cleanliness, organization and the quality of customer reception • Excellent command of French • Good spoken English • Proficient in wellness massage techniques
