📋 Description
• Greet, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone haircare range • Ensure high-quality advice and customer well-being • Advise customers on other product ranges • Assist with cashier operations and customer checkouts • Contribute to store activities: cleanliness, restocking, merchandising • Continuously train and update product knowledge on Aroma-Zone products
🎯 Requirements
• Professional background in hairdressing • Proficient in haircare products and treatment techniques • Able to explain technical information clearly • Identify customer needs and provide tailored advice • Enjoy sales and customer advisory work in a retail environment • Energetic and versatile • Excellent customer relations skills • Autonomous and proactive, able to make suggestions • Rigorous and detail-oriented • Fluent in French • Good spoken English is a plus
