📋 Description

• Greet, assist, and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone haircare range • Ensure high-quality advice and customer well-being • Advise customers on other product ranges • Assist with checkout operations and process customer payments • Maintain cleanliness and restock shelves; handle merchandising • Continuously train on the full Aroma-Zone product range • Share product knowledge with the team • Run DIY cosmetics workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Background in hairdressing • Strong knowledge of haircare products and treatment techniques • Ability to deliver technical explanations • Ability to identify customer needs • Excellent customer relations and strong customer service orientation • Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented • Rigorous, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work • Fluent in French; good spoken English is a plus
