📋 Description

• Provide strategic, project-based leadership across operations, infrastructure, and organizational execution • Engage with hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices • Collaborate with CIOs, founders, and senior leadership on firm strategy and execution • Oversee front-to-back office functions, including operations, finance, compliance, and technology

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a Chief Operating Officer or equivalent senior leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office • Deep understanding of investment firm operations and infrastructure • Proven track record of scaling businesses, building teams, and driving execution • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
