📋 Description

• Collaborate with Clients. You will collaborate with clients from the initial consultation to deliver a comprehensive understanding of their goals and project objectives. • Develop Creative Designs. You will transform client inputs into innovative concepts through brainstorming sessions, sketching, and mood board creation. • Refine Solutions. You will work closely with Estimating and Procurement teams to ensure material and process selection emphasizes sustainability, durability, and cost-effectiveness. • Support Prototyping Efforts. Support the Engineering team during the prototyping phase, maintaining a consulting role and presenting prototypes to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a diploma or degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field. • You have professional experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design concepts, sketches, 3D models, and presentations. • Familiarity with the retail industry is a plus. • You are highly proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Solidworks, Rhino, 3D Studio Max, and others. • You have an understanding of sustainability principles and materials in design. • You have a passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, colour, texture, and spatial design. • You possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively share your creative thought process with stakeholders. • You can work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • You are highly coachable and committed to personal growth, continually seeking ways to enhance your skills and knowledge.
