📋 Description

• Act as a technical project manager and interface between customers, partner companies, and the sales team • Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow Interconnect, Electromechanical, Passive and Power Supply content in designs • Build and develop customer and supplier relationships through technical initiatives and programs • Develop and drive strategic technical plans by supplier line, technology, or customer solutions • Expand business potential through targeted project work with strategic customers • Partner with the sales team by providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation • Attend supplier training sessions in person and via conference calls

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience working with electronic products or technologies • Completed degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or comparable education/professional experience • Experience and understanding of the Polish electronics market • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a sense of innovation • Experience as a technical point of contact • Good knowledge of Interconnect, Electromechanical and Passive products • Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills • Willingness to travel regionally • Polish and English language proficiency • Located in Poland
