📋 Description

• Technical liaison between customers, our partner companies and our internal sales organization • Close collaboration with the customer's development department, the local Field Sales team, as well as internal and external Arrow resources • Establishing and expanding sustainable relationships within our customers' development departments at all levels, from CTO to R&D Engineer • Identifying new development projects with our customers and supporting them from product concept through to mass production • Steering the technical direction and priorities of customer projects based on ARROW strategy, our supplier portfolio, and the market situation • Developing optimal technical-commercial system solutions for our customers • Responsible for expanding our business potential through targeted project work with defined strategic customers • Providing on-site technical consultation and support to customers for the design and selection of system components (focus on semiconductors for industrial applications such as embedded and HMI systems, including software elements) • Advisory support role for our field sales team on technical issues • Preparing and delivering trainings, technical meetings with customers and suppliers, and internal trainings for the local Field Sales team as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications, or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience • Experience as a technical point of contact; development experience in electronics/hardware/firmware is an advantage • Experience in selecting and applying microprocessors, processors and FPGAs for industrial electronics is desirable • Negotiation skills and strong communication and persuasion abilities • Understanding of customer system architecture • Strong teamwork skills combined with high self-motivation • Strong sales and customer orientation with a sense for potential and innovation • Experience using AI-based systems to increase efficiency in solution development and data analysis • Willingness to travel within Austria • Fluent German and English (business/negotiation level)
