📋 Description

• Provide technical support to customers worldwide via phone and email • Troubleshoot networking and security issues • Log, investigate and resolve incidents • Manage vendor escalations and coordinate hardware replacements • Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams • Gain hands-on experience across a wide range of networking and security technologies • Develop technical expertise through structured training, mentoring, and industry-recognized certifications

🎯 Requirements

• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, network topologies, and common networking protocols • Knowledge of Cisco networking concepts and technologies or relevant training/certifications (e.g. CCNA) would be an advantage • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in English and Polish • Exposure to or experience with one or more of the following technologies: Cisco, Check Point, Broadcom/Symantec (Blue Coat), F5, NetApp, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, or Microsoft Cloud solutions. • Additional European language skills such as German, French, or Spanish.
