📋 Description

• Place supplier purchase orders to meet customer forecast and order demand • Manage supplier backlog, including push, pull, and cancellations • Communicate with suppliers regarding supply situations and share information with the sales team • Manage escalations with suppliers • Resolve receiving and invoice discrepancies • Initiate new part creation • Ensure supplier performance and maintain clear communication • Maintain purchasing and supplier system parameters • Take a broad perspective to problems and identify less obvious solutions • Attend meetings with suppliers • Act as a point of contact between RMA and suppliers when needed • Interface with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to supply chain customers • Resolve issues quickly and effectively to meet customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role • Self-Starter and Team Player • Ability to work and think independently • High level of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks • Superior organizational, resourcefulness, analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proven effective verbal and written communication skills, also in English • Proven track record of strong work ethic and customer service • Expert organizational, time management and multitasking skills • Experience working in ERP systems; Oracle would be an advantage • Preferably experience of Global purchasing in a commodity/fast-paced environment • Ability to work in a challenging and multicultural environment
