📋 Description

• Proactively manage an assigned client portfolio as the primary point of contact. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Analyze client business and technical needs to recommend complementary IONOS products, services, and solutions. • Guide new clients through initial platform adoption and onboarding. • Coordinate with technical, support, and billing teams to resolve critical issues and complex queries. • Monitor renewal rates, churn, service usage, and account revenue. • Generate regular portfolio performance reports. • Gather client feedback and relay insights to Product and Innovation teams for platform enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Client Management, Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B account roles, preferably within SaaS, hosting, cloud, or IT services sectors. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Broad understanding of web hosting, cloud infrastructure, domain management, servers, and web applications. • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, or internal customer management systems. • Professional fluency in English, written and spoken. • Fluency in the local market language. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong negotiation, customer-centric mindset, and problem-solving abilities. • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously with strong time-management skills.
