📋 Description

• Coordinate LatAm marketing operations in a generalist capacity • Drive growth and content initiatives across multiple simultaneous fronts • Design and optimize CRM campaigns, automation flows, nurturing, and re-engagement segmented by funnel stage in Salesforce/Pardot • Reactivate stalled leads and identify conversion-ready prospects • Manage and optimize paid media through LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads • Build AI workflows, including automations, agents, content review, GEO/SEO, and brand monitoring • Conduct weekly funnel analysis • Coordinate agencies and vendors • Drive content creation for LinkedIn, newsletters, and YouTube from editorial planning through review and publication • Analyze data and funnel metrics using GA4, Looker Studio, and advanced Excel/Sheets • Make strategic decisions based on insights • Bridge strategy and execution while operating independently

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree within the last 5 years in Marketing, Advertising, Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields • Repertoire spanning more than one marketing front, including CRM, paid media, content, and analytics • Proven experience in growth, CRM, or B2B marketing • Portfolio or case studies mandatory • Mastery of CRM and automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar • Knowledge of paid traffic management using LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads • Practical use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, or similar, with concrete automation examples • Experience creating articles, posts, newsletters, and emails • Strong writing skills • Ability to read data and funnel metrics using GA4, Looker Studio, and advanced Excel/Sheets • Ability to make data-driven decisions autonomously • Ability to work independently without direct step-by-step supervision • Advanced English required
