📋 Description

• Lead discovery meetings with clients to understand their problems, needs, processes, and opportunities for applying AI. • Gather and detail functional and technical requirements for projects. • Design solutions using the company’s platform, identifying the appropriate agents, workflows, and features. • Configure and parameterize AI agents and workflows. • Translate client requests into scopes, requirements, and execution plans. • Assess solution feasibility and determine when to involve the internal development team. • Work with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to enable successful delivery. • Track project timelines, milestones, outstanding items, and progress. • Present status updates, demonstrate solutions, and align expectations with clients. • Manage scope changes and negotiate priorities and deadlines. • Support the gathering of new requirements and the development of initial scopes for commercial proposals. • Document decisions, requirements, workflows, and specifications. • Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, translating business needs into viable deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Product Ownership, technology project management, solution implementation, technical consulting, or related roles. • Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence, including creating or configuring agents, automations, or intelligent workflows. • Knowledge of fundamental generative AI concepts and familiarity with technologies and applications in this market. • Technical understanding of logic, solution architecture, and how system workflows operate. • Ability to conduct discovery, gather requirements, and transform business problems into structured solutions. • Ability to configure and parameterize solutions using existing technology platforms. • Ability to understand technical requirements and work with development teams to shape solutions. • Experience tracking projects, managing deadlines, aligning expectations, and communicating status updates. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with confidence leading meetings and engaging with stakeholders at various levels. • Consultative, analytical, organized, and problem-solving mindset. • Autonomy to lead projects and make decisions within the scope of responsibility. • Functional English proficiency for understanding written communications and participating in internal meetings. • Preferred qualifications: experience with AI agent platforms, LLMs, and intelligent workflows; knowledge of RAG; experience implementing technology solutions for enterprise clients; experience with SaaS projects, systems integrations, or process automation; experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, or technical presales; knowledge of APIs, integrations, and software architecture; experience delivering projects for large enterprises or in environments with complex processes and requirements.
