📋 Description

• Coordination of complex research projects and cross-functional initiatives with a high degree of autonomy • Primary point of contact between scientific teams, technology operations, and adjacent business functions • Promote global collaboration and standardization of research practices • Develop and manage tools, templates, and databases for resource planning, budgeting, and tracking • Oversee departmental communications, including presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates • Organize and facilitate global research meetings, conferences, and strategic events • Prepare and deliver operational reports and summaries for internal and external audiences • Generate and interpret performance metrics to support strategic planning and compliance • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of team capabilities • Serve as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for complex operational challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business, Science, or a health-related field • Several years of experience in program coordination, research operations, or related business areas • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and process optimization in complex or regulated environments • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database tools • Professional, customer-oriented communication with global stakeholders • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Experience supporting scientific teams or research programs is a plus • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 5%) • Fluent in German and English
