• Lead the development and execution of the commercialization strategy for the next generation Endovascular Aortic Arch Repair (EAAR) stent graft portfolio at Artivion. • Collaborate heavily and assume a leadership role within the Endo Aortic Arch, and Bridging Stent cross functional core teams, providing product marketing support in meeting key project milestones and deliverables. • Develop and execute voice of customer and market research initiatives to inform product pipeline and drive commercial requirements (customer, product, business needs). • Interface regularly with customers and regional partners through travel, congresses, and symposia to better understand and deliver on customer needs. • Partner closely with key opinion leaders to anticipate the future market environment, changes in trends, competitive landscape, and to predict/drive future needs. • Support trial site selection, training, and engagement throughout clinical trials. • Develop and manage KOL cardiac and vascular surgeon relationships for the product portfolio. • Collaborate with Sales Leadership in developing a commercialization plan and integrated marketing plan for the Endovascular Aortic Arch portfolio. • Develop training and marketing materials to prepare for commercial launch. • Manage a marketing budget quarterly and execute as defined in the marketing plan. • Illustrate project management expertise.
• Bachelor’s Degree in area such as business, engineering, or life-sciences. • 8+ years experience in medical industry. • Previous product management experience in the vascular or cardiac surgery space preferred. • Strong clinical acumen, and ability to come up to speed quickly on new products and disease states. • Proven ability to conduct opportunity assessments, market sizing, and roadmap development, along with strong experience in VOC research and competitive analysis. • Strong analytical skills, including a proven ability to plan and execute market research initiatives as well as synthesize market and customer insights. • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience working closely with a range of cross-functional business partners. • Good organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. • Highly collaborative and consistently pushes self and others to achieve challenging goals and objectives with a track record of executional success.
