📋 Description

• Process, verify and analyze payroll • Handle hires, contractual changes and terminations (severances) • Manage vacations, leaves of absence and employee benefits • Transmit, monitor and validate eSocial events • Perform month-end closing of labor and social security charges • Issue and review labor payment guides • Provide support and guidance to clients on labor and social security routines • Track and monitor collective bargaining agreements and labor accords • Support audit processes and resolve labor-related outstanding issues • Review employee records, system configurations and payroll data consistency • Prepare reports and department controls • Work with a diversified client portfolio across different industries and company sizes • Support other HR/Personnel Department routines.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Personnel/HR and Payroll (minimum 3 years) • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation • Experience with eSocial • Experience with payroll systems • Organized, detail-oriented and strong analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
