🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS Partnerships within Enterprise and/or Contact Center space (AI/ML experience preferred) • Proven success navigating complex partner ecosystems (integrators, consultancies, resellers) • Track record of executing strategic vision to achieve revenue targets • Experience scaling partner programs from early-stage to maturity • Strong negotiation skills with understanding of legal and compliance considerations • Executive-level presentation and public speaking abilities • Established network of relevant partnerships, especially with emerging technologies and major marketplaces • Leadership skills with ability to drive cross-functional change • Collaborative approach working with Engineering, Product, Finance, Marketing and Sales • Financial modeling and experience with PRM/CRM tools preferred
