• Drive new business with a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day • Build, expand, and maintain strong customer relationships • Negotiate effectively while protecting margin integrity • Manage the full sales cycle and operate your own desk • Stay current on component availability, pricing trends, and global market activity • Execute strategic sales initiatives for key accounts • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Commodity Management, Order Management, Asset Recovery, Purchasing, and regional offices
• Current electronic components brokering or independent distribution experience with a minimum of two years. • A solid and active account base with proven revenue generation • Strong, confident, and dynamic sales presence • High energy, competitive mindset, and a relentless drive to close • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are a strong plus • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively at all organizational levels • Proficiency with basic word processing and spreadsheet tools • Bachelor’s degree preferred
