📋 Description

• Efficiently manage the contract lifecycle process from drafting to execution, including reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing commercial contracts. • Analyze and respond to redlined documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives while protecting company interests. • Identifying opportunities and developing solutions to improve contract throughput and implementing best practices. • Providing training and guidance to junior staff or other departments on contract management best practices and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field is required • 5+ years of experience in contract administration and management, or a related field. • Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation principles, and contract drafting. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with acute awareness of sales process and impact on top-line billings.
