• Independently draft, review, revise, and negotiate complex commercial agreements • Analyze and negotiate non-standard contract provisions • Serve as the primary day-to-day Legal Department contact for assigned contracting matters • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams and executive leadership • Provide practical recommendations regarding contractual terms, risk allocation, and negotiation strategies • Contribute to Legal team’s development and continuous refinement of contract templates • Support and maintain contract lifecycle processes and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Paralegal Studies, or a related field • 7+ years of progressive experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts • Extensive experience negotiating contractual terms directly with customers, vendors, business partners, and other counterparties • Ability to read, interpret, and draft sophisticated legal and business agreements • Experience identifying legal, operational, financial, and compliance risks within contractual agreements • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills • Strong understanding of contract law principles, contractual risk allocation, and commercial negotiation practices • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word • Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms and document management systems
