📋 Description

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of contracts, including client and vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, contract amendments and renewals, Statements of Work, data processing agreements, SaaS agreements, etc., for global stakeholders in various company locations • Responsible for managing Contracts Queue and coordination of all aspects of contract management • Serve as primary contact between the legal department and internal and external stakeholders seeking contract review and revision, copies, questions, status updates etc. • Review, respond and manage contracts-related questions within the Contracts inbox • Manage Contract Template library and other knowledge management functions • Ensure compliance with contract approval policies and procedures • Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams on contracts as needed • Special projects on an as-needed basis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 3 years' experience working with contracts • Law Degree is a big plus, but is not required • Contract management experience, preferably in-house • Experience reviewing, editing, interpreting and negotiating legal agreements • Experience reviewing and negotiating corporate master services agreements • Strong organizational and communications skills, ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks and projects, track and follow up on projects • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with internal and external contacts at all levels, including across various offices as necessary • Ability to digest complex compliance practices and the diligence to ensure that contractual drafting and review is always consistent with those practices • Ability to work independently and seek assistance or support as necessary • Ability to shift focus, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative where appropriate, all while meeting deadlines and providing timely responses • Strong client service focus and flexibility • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Must handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion and integrity
