We design programs for our clients to provide innovative, high-quality clinical care based on a sustainable business model.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve census and growth targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, providers, therapists, case managers, and community partners • Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities and strategic partnerships across Iowa and surrounding markets • Collaborate with admissions and operations teams to optimize conversion rates and patient experience • Monitor referral pipeline, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy • Represent Renewal Falls at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities • Conduct regular outreach, including in-person meetings, presentations, and educational sessions • Track and report key performance metrics including referrals, admissions, and conversion rates • Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, including new service lines and market expansion • Maintain knowledge of payer mix, program offerings, and length of stay to support strategic positioning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of business development experience, preferably in behavioral health or healthcare • Proven ability to drive admissions growth and build referral networks • Strong understanding of substance use disorder treatment and continuum of care • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally and regionally
