• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 1-3 years direct client experience in financial services preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office software applications, specifically Word and Excel • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to adapt to changing environment and shifting priorities • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
