📋 Description
• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Enrollment, Wealth, and Investments products • Develop and own the product vision with a strong focus on measurable outcomes • Lead roadmap development in partnership with design, technology, and scrum teams • Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate the roadmap into compelling external messaging • Stay current on industry trends and competitive dynamics • Partner with UX/design teams to plan customer engagement and gather actionable feedback • Maximize the value of assigned products, features, and/or capabilities across the business
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7+ years of product management experience in Retirement, Wealth Management, or Financial Services • Experience delivering digital experiences across web, mobile, and cross-channel platforms • Experience in implementing solutions that enhance Enrollment, Wealth and Investment management experiences. • Deep understanding of the retirement industry and competitive landscape
