⢠Proven experience developing complex web applications with PHP and React as the JavaScript framework ⢠Strong competence in software architecture, system design and planning scalable applications ⢠Demonstrable experience in leading development teams and mentoring less-experienced developers ⢠Confident handling of code quality, testing, deployment and version control ⢠Strong ability to make technical decisions and clearly justify them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders ⢠Experience in designing and delivering new software projects, including effort estimation and technical roadmaps ⢠High degree of personal responsibility, very structured working style and a commitment to actively advance technological standards within the company
