• Implement, train, and support adoption of Ashby with customers across EMEA • Manage four- to eight-week customer implementations • Deliver value throughout the customer journey • Manage a book of approximately 60 mid-market customers • Develop relationships with a broad range of customer stakeholders • Drive product adoption and retention • Become a product and domain expert to enable customers to use Ashby effectively • Tailor training and product walkthroughs to customers’ specific challenges • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations • Support renewals while focusing on adoption and engagement as leading indicators • Craft repeatable processes that enable go-to-market scalability • Maintain real-time CRM updates and send timely follow-up communications • Navigate technical details, advanced configurations, and data workflows • Teach users how to use complex reports and workflows • Project-manage workflow changes, including offer approval processes • Use data to improve customer success work
• At least two years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS • Experience supporting implementation and adoption of complex technologies • Experience managing four- to eight-week implementations • Experience managing a book of approximately 60 mid-market customers exceeding $1.5M in total ARR • Experience developing relationships across a broad set of stakeholders • Experience driving adoption and retention • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations • Experience becoming a product and industry expert in a customer success role • Experience creating tailored training and product walkthroughs • Experience working with technically complex products • Strong curiosity about technical details and how things work • Clear communication and ability to explain complex concepts simply • Strong listening and customer advocacy skills • Ability to prioritize across a large, varied customer book • Ability to navigate advanced configurations and data workflows • Teaching ability for both technical and non-technical users • Ability to craft repeatable, scalable processes • Detail orientation and timely follow-up • Ability to use tools and technology effectively • Data-driven approach to improving work • Recruiting experience as a recruiter, hiring manager, or interviewer is helpful but not required • Must have hands-on customer success experience with SaaS products and CS fundamentals
