📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles for APAC and EMEA. • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities) and employee referrals. • Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and clear expectations throughout the process. • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to reach passive and active candidates across multiple countries and languages. • Collaborate with marketing and talent teams to develop regionally relevant employer brand content and recruitment campaigns. • Represent Asiacruit at virtual and in-person recruitment events, university partnerships, and industry meetups as needed. • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market insights, compensation benchmarking, and hiring timelines. • Define and document recruitment processes, interview guides, and scorecards to improve hiring consistency and quality. • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, diversity metrics) for APAC and EMEA.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience supporting APAC, EMEA, or other international regions, preferably within technology, professional services, or HR solutions. • Proven experience sourcing and hiring for roles across levels and functions using a variety of channels and tools. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence hiring outcomes and timelines. • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics. • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional language skills relevant to APAC or EMEA are an advantage. • Comfortable working across time zones with flexible hours as required for regional coordination.
