• Manage a portfolio of strategic clients across SEA (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and SMA (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) campaigns • Define and challenge clients' digital acquisition strategies • Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps and annual/biannual performance reviews • Manage a team of Traffic Managers • Ensure operational excellence in campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization • Maintain continuous technical and strategic monitoring
• 5+ years of operational and strategic experience managing digital campaigns (SEA & SMA) • At least 2 years in an agency environment with client management responsibilities • Prior team management experience is appreciated • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills • Analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to turn data into recommendations • Passionate about the web, marketing, and tech, and business-oriented • Recognized for the ability to structure work, prioritize, and make decisions • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability • Active monitoring of the best growth and advertising strategies • Proven experience with Supermetrics & Looker Studio is a plus • CRM expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a real advantage • Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager and GA4 is valued
• Based in Bordeaux with pleasant, centrally located offices • 2 fixed remote work days per week (Monday & Friday)
