📋 Description
• Lead daily operations for the digital design organization. • Establish, monitor, and evolve performance metrics. • Support and coach design managers. • Implement and sustain lean and Six Sigma methodologies. • Mentor direct-report managers to strengthen their leadership capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Preferred experience in operational leadership roles with direct people management responsibility. • Demonstrated expertise in lean and Six Sigma principles. • Strong ability to inspire, mentor, and develop large technical teams. • Proven success in enabling decentralized decision-making.
