📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies • Build and optimize complex, data-rich dashboards and workflow management tools • Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality components following established architectural patterns and engineering best practices • Ensure excellent application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility • Implement accessible user interfaces in compliance with WCAG accessibility standards • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences • Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, technical strategy, and engineering best practices • Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers across the team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of frontend engineering experience with strong expertise in React, or senior-level experience with Vue.js or Angular • Strong command of TypeScript, component architecture, and frontend performance optimization techniques • Proven experience building complex, data-rich dashboards or workflow tools • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility requirements • Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries • Familiarity with regulated UI environments is considered a strong advantage • Nice to Have Experience working in highly regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, or insurance • Exposure to modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines • Experience contributing to frontend architecture and technical strategy
