📋 Description

• Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate qualified leads. • Market Expertise: Quickly become a subject matter expert in our payment solutions and how they can benefit local government. • Collaborative Sales Efforts: Work closely with our Head of Sales to transition generated leads into the sales pipeline for closing. • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update an organized pipeline of potential clients and follow up diligently to keep leads warm. • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. • Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales Hunter Mentality: A self-starter with a proven track record of finding and creating sales opportunities. • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively. • Market Knowledge: Experience in the local government sectors is a plus, but a quick learner with a passion for these areas is essential. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media for lead generation. • Goal-Oriented: A relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targets. • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
