📋 Description

• Acquire and grow software partner accounts: Prospect, pitch, and close Saas platforms by positioning embedded payments as a revenue engine. • Identify and develop growth opportunities: Target regions or verticals with the highest potential and shape localized outreach. • Own partner relationships: Collaborate with partner sales teams to activate and scale merchant accounts. • Drive full lifecycle adoption: Orchestrate your pod to ensure smooth onboarding, product adoption, and revenue expansion. • Lead with influence: Be accountable for the metrics and Align pod members around ambitious commercial goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or growth (SaaS, fintech, or payments). • Experience selling to or partnering with software companies/ISVs • Strong mix of commercial skills and technical comfort. • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. • Builder mentality: self-motivated, proactive, and not afraid to cold call or go after big accounts. • Bonus: Background in PayFac, embedded finance, or SaaS partnerships
