📋 Description

• Maintain the Annex A control inventory, Statement of Applicability (SoA), and ISMS risk matrix • Support management review cycles • Conduct periodic analyses comparing ISO/IEC 27001 requirements with internal practices • Document improvement opportunities identified through gap analyses • Collect, organize, audit, and version-control control evidence with the relevant leaders and responsible teams • Track nonconformities and action plans through effective closure • Manage deadlines and follow up with action-plan owners • Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits • Keep the document repository up to date, including policies, standards, and procedures • Support awareness campaigns and track mandatory employee training

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Information Security, Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, or a related field • Conceptual knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and information security management systems • Ability to track outstanding items, keep repositories and spreadsheets up to date, and meet deadlines • Excellent written communication skills in Portuguese for drafting procedures, meeting minutes, policies, and action plans • Proficiency with spreadsheets and collaborative documentation tools such as Google Workspace, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar platforms • Strong interpersonal skills and the assertiveness to follow up tactfully and diplomatically with other departments regarding evidence and deadlines • Previous practical experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), internal auditing, or quality management processes — preferred • Experience in the technology or software development (SaaS) sector — preferred
