📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to the Commercial area, ensuring the balance between product availability, appropriate inventory levels and operational efficiency. • Responsible for transforming data into analyses and recommendations that support decision-making, contributing to the reduction of stockouts and mitigation of excess inventory. • Monitor supply, inventory, stockout and coverage indicators on a daily basis. • Evaluate purchase recommendations considering replenishment parameters. • Proactively identify risks of stockouts and excess inventory and propose action plans. • Perform performance analyses by category, supplier, distribution center (DC) and region. • Collaborate with buyers to define purchasing and replenishment strategies. • Support promotional campaigns, seasonality and product launches to ensure product availability. • Develop dashboards, management reports and executive presentations to support decision-making. • Lead meetings with partner departments to review indicators and define action plans. • Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting analysts and sharing knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Replenishment or related areas. • Experience analyzing indicators and managing performance by KPIs. • Advanced Excel skills.
