📋 Description

• We are seeking a Contract Analyst to manage the strategic and operational lifecycle of contracts. • Ensure adherence to deadlines, obligations, internal controls and corporate requirements. • Support business areas and keep contractual information up to date. • Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring mechanisms. • Act as the focal point between requesting areas, Legal, Procurement, Finance and suppliers. • Monitor deadlines, terms, adjustments, amendments, renewals and contractual obligations. • Map, assess and mitigate risks associated with contracts. • Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and applicable regulations. • Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary evidence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed). • Experience in contract management and supplier management. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Power BI - Essential. • Experience implementing contract management systems - Important. • Experience with Legal Operations routines. • Experience with performance indicators (KPIs). • Systemic/holistic perspective. • Analytical mindset. • Good communication skills.
