📋 Description

• Business Impact Analysis (BIA): Lead interviews and workshops to identify critical processes and define key metrics such as RTO and RPO. • Operational Risk Management: Map threats that could disrupt our operations and work consultatively with business areas to implement mitigation measures. • Resilience Strategy (BCP): Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Crisis Management Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), covering administrative and clinical/care areas. • Tests and Exercises: Plan and execute practical drills and simulations to validate plan effectiveness and raise team maturity levels in crisis situations. • Excellence and Improvement: Support compliance with ISO 22301 by monitoring performance KPIs and addressing root causes of incidents and crises. • Continuity Culture: Promote a culture of resilience across the company through training, internal communications and spokesperson enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Risk Management, Audit, Internal Controls or related fields. • Standards: Knowledge of ISO 22301. • Tools: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with BI dashboards for data analysis, tracking and executive reporting. • Preferred (Differentials): Experience in private healthcare/supplemental health, financial institutions or aviation (due to regulatory rigor). • Specialization: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Risk Management or Business Continuity.
