📋 Description

• Execute routines for the People Development and Benefits area according to agreed monthly schedules; • Manage electronic time and attendance records; • Advise on the procurement of benefits (transportation voucher, meal voucher, multi-benefit card, among others) and enter them into the system for payment; • Manage all benefits granted to employees, consistently identifying the best provider for each service type and ensuring the accuracy of monthly volumes and amounts purchased; • Verify requested reimbursements; • Carry out internal HR activities and follow up on requests related to events such as employee birthdays, breakfasts, and others; • Ensure the submission of spreadsheets for health plans, life insurance, and private pension to the responsible institutions; • Check invoices (Notas Fiscais) for all services provided to the department; • Provide personalized support to pregnant employees and those on leave.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or equivalent. • Computer skills — Word, Excel, and internet; • Knowledge of HR ERP systems, payroll, time and attendance management, and labor legislation.
