📋 Description

• Control the movement of assets (acquisitions, disposals and transfers). • Manage and budget monthly depreciation. • Maintain the asset register/map. • Reconcile assets with sales billing. • Reconcile accounting records with the physical inventory base. • Manage encumbered assets (debentures, lease agreements). • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and explanations related to fixed assets. • Develop KPIs and management analyses to support decision-making. • Identify opportunities to improve and automate departmental processes. • Support the implementation and evolution of systems and controls related to fixed assets (ERP, Power BI, automations, etc.). • Ensure proper accounting of assets in accordance with applicable accounting pronouncements (such as CPC 27, CPC 06 (R2), and other relevant standards). • Act as a technical reference for the team and partner areas on topics related to the asset lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, Business Management, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree/MBA in Controllership, Finance, or related fields preferred. • Experience in fixed assets management. • Experience with accounting controls. • Experience supporting audits. • Proficiency in Excel, intermediate to advanced. • Proficiency in Power BI, intermediate to advanced. • Knowledge of ERP systems.
