📋 Description

• Conduct internal and supplier audits, and support follow-up of customer audits and external IMS certification audits. • Record, analyze and support the management of nonconformities (including root cause analysis, corrective action plans and effectiveness analysis) identified in IMS audits, inspections and monitoring. • Identify, map, assess, monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the IMS, maintaining an up-to-date database and managing associated action plans. • Prepare, review, standardize and control IMS documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions, records), ensuring compliance and accessibility and conducting document reviews. • Carry out identification, assessment and control of environmental aspects and impacts, and health and safety hazards and risks, proposing control measures and ensuring alignment with legal requirements. • Develop materials and deliver training sessions, presentations and awareness campaigns on the IMS, standards and procedures for employees and clients, promoting dissemination and correct use of tools. • Identify, develop, maintain and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the IMS and operational areas, supporting management reviews and strategic decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Environmental, Chemical, etc.), Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields. • Proven experience implementing, maintaining or auditing Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in medium to large-sized companies. • Internal Auditor training for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (mandatory). Additional certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum) or continuous improvement methodologies are a plus. • Advanced knowledge and experience in implementing, maintaining and auditing management systems based on ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards. • Certification as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (mandatory). • Up-to-date knowledge of Brazilian legislation relevant to environmental, health and occupational safety areas. • Proficiency in applying methodologies such as MASP, 8D, Ishikawa (fishbone), 5 Whys, PDCA, and 5W2H for problem analysis, resolution and continuous improvement.
