📋 Description

• You advise our clients on demanding IT projects and transformation initiatives, including in the Microsoft ecosystem • You elicit functional and technical requirements, structure them and assess their feasibility • You develop appropriate solution approaches in close coordination with technical experts • You actively participate in all project phases – from analysis and design to implementation • You facilitate workshops and coordinate with business units, IT teams and decision-makers • You prepare decision documents, proposals and compelling presentations • You use modern AI tools to support research, structuring and deliverable development

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or an equivalent qualification • You have 3 or more years of experience in IT, project or digitalization environments • You work in a structured and independent manner and possess analytical thinking skills • You have strong communication and facilitation skills • You demonstrate a high affinity for IT and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality • You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1)
