📋 Description

• Advise our clients on digital transformation and Microsoft projects • Elicit, structure, and assess business and technical requirements • Design suitable solution approaches in close collaboration with technical teams • Actively participate in all project phases – from analysis and design to implementation • Facilitate workshops and coordinate with business units, IT, and decision-makers • Prepare concepts, proposals, and presentations • Use modern AI tools to support research, structuring, and concept development

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or an equivalent qualification (career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome) • Experience in IT, project, or digital transformation environments • Structured, independent working style and analytical thinking • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Strong IT affinity and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
